Membership

If you are just considering joining NARA - welcome!  Please take the time to browse our site & learn more about Ringsport and about our organization.  Established in 1987, NARA is the long standing club for Ringsport enthusiasts in the USA.

In 2011, the Board decided to develop and institute the position of Membership Chair, and open the idea of a Membership committee.  The goal is to have our Members better served by having a committee, or at least a chairperson, whose sole responsibility is Membership.  With the Membership being the sole responsibility of the Treasurer, it seemed that little things - welcome letters, membership cards, renewal reminders - are easily put to the bottom of the priority list.  Since we can't exist with out our Members, having one person with that sole responsibility seemed to be prudent.

At this time the Secretary and Treasurer are a part of the Membership Committee and we hope that the Members will be well served in 2012.
