Policy 1100: VotingAny member desiring to vote by E-mail is authorized to do so.
- The Secretary upon receipt of this E-mail vote will send a verification of this vote to the recipients E-mail address of record in the NARA Membership
files.
- The verification must not be sent as a "Reply".
- All members desiring to vote by E-mail must make certain the NARA Secretary and Treasurer have their current E-mail address on file.
- In special situations, the Secretary may conduct ‘electronic’ elections with the permission of the Board of Directors.
